In collaboration with the Clinical Development Director, the Clincial Programs Manager monitors and maintains oversight of all programs, to ensure a high level of clinical quality and adherence to OAR, Medicaid, contracts, grants and licensing rules and requirements. Evaluate and implement Evidence-Based Practices to fidelity. Implement and monitor clinical outcomes measures and apply data derived from measurements to improve program efficacy.

Pay Range: $50,522 to $73,761





  • Oversee daily functioning of assigned programs, ensuring compliance and utilization of best practices at all service levels.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth daily operation of School-Based Services and Outpatient Services programs.
  • Develop operational procedures for programs in compliance with grants, contracts and best practices.
  • Provide supervision, guidance and leadership to program supervisors and therapists as assigned.
  • Provide guidance, leadership and annual evaluations for the program supervisors.
  • Monitor comprehensive program documentation, including clinical forms, program policies and procedures, etc., and makes recommendations as needed to the Quality Systems Director
  • In collaboration with the program supervisors, recruit, hire and monitor the training of clinical staff.

Masters Degree in Mental Health field, current Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), plus two years direct clinical experience working with children/families, one year of management/supervisory experience


Must be able to clear a background check conducted through DHS. Must be able to clear a screening through the Medicaid Fraud Database and the OIG Database.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook, and the ability to quickly adapt to software relating to time and attendance.
