The School-Based Therapist is responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned students at a designated school location and will provide consultation services to the education staff to support the overall student wellness goals of the Medford School District.

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer for Family Solutions. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors (Board), and is responsible for achieving and maintaining the mission of the organization while ensuring its financial success.  Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency and the management of agency facilities. The Executive Director directly supervises the agency leadership team including the Finance Manager, Human Resource Manager, Quality Systems Director, Clinical Development Director and Development Director. The Executive Director will provide leadership to the strategic planning process and will help to implement new programmatic strategic initiatives. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget. Finally, the Executive Director will cultivate relationships with community partners.

  On-Call/ Relief Position The Educational Assistant/Mental Health “Milieu Treatment Specialist” works as support staff within a multidisciplinary team to further the emotional, behavioral, and educational development of children at Family Solution’s Day Treatment Program.  This position will be an on-call/relief position to cover shifts as needed.

Relief/On-Call Family Solutions provides intensive behavioral rehabilitation services in a residential setting to youth, ages 12-18. The youth served in these programs often struggle to thrive in other settings as the result of behavioral challenges which typically stem from mental, emotional, physical trauma, or neglect.  By actively engaging with youth through play, activities, outings and therapeutic group work, the Residential Treatment Counselor supports the youth in building skills which encourage resiliency.  Through this process, the Residential Treatment Counselor is able to support the healing process develop skills to help the youth transition successfully back into their community.

Join us  as we work together to promote hope and healing in Jackson County through our Outpatient Program located in Ashland, Oregon.  We are seeking Therapists (licensed/un-licensed) to provide mental/behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults in a warm and inviting environment that supports professional development and work-life balance.

Responsible for providing administrative support to program staff, on-site and off-site, which require in-depth knowledge of assigned program areas.  Provides quality services to clients by maintaining records, reviewing, and tracking documentation, while ensuring compliance. Takes all incoming calls and schedules outpatient appointments.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVENING & WEEKEND SHIFTS   The Residential Treatment Counselor Lead is responsible in establishing and ensuring staff are maintaining appropriate therapeutic relationships with individual youth in a residential home.  Leads are also responsible for supporting the development of pro-social skills through referring to the individualized treatment plan specific to the youths needs. The RTC Leads assist to provide supervision of the residents and Residential Treatment Counselor’s (RTC) ensuring tasks are completed and in compliance with Program policy and procedures.  Must have a desire to lead others, support Agency directives, leading by example.  This position provides an opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills with the intent to build a career in leadership with the Agency.
